The Kansas Legislature believes it is important for all Kansans to benefit from T-WORKS. Thus, T-WORKS legislation requires at least $8 million to be invested in each county across Kansas. We’re calling this the $8 million promise, and it will be made up of investments in highway preservation, highway expansion and modernization, aviation, transit and rail.
Use this page to track progress towards the $8 million promise in each Kansas county. As dollars are spent, that progress will be reflected here and you can click on the map above to see county-specific information. Please remember, this is a 10-year program, so it will take time before work is completed in every county.
